Wendy Thornton
Wendy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working full-time at Walpole High School within the special education department. She has worked to instruct and support teens and young adults in their social and emotional growth for over 25 years. Wendy has been an activity associate at The Common Room since September 2022 and enjoys meeting new members and sharing fun experiences during activities.
Rachel Brunstrom
Rachel has worked as an activity associate for The Common Room since May 2022. She holds a master’s degree in applied behavioral analysis from Bay Path University and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working full-time for LABBB Collaborative in Lexington, MA. Since graduating from Merrimack College in 2018, Rachel has gained diverse and extensive experience working in the field of special education.
Brianna Hache
Brianna is an activity associate at The Common Room alongside working at Kennedy Day School as a teaching assistant. She has experience with art therapy and enjoys expressing herself via crochet, baking, and drawing. Her other interests include playing video games and taking photos of her two cats.
Brian Tracey
After receiving his bachelor’s degree in film and television production from Hofstra University, Brian worked in the film and television industry for many years. He currently works as a teacher at Greenlodge Elementary School in Dedham, MA, and began working as an activity associate at The Common Room in May 2023. During the summer, Brian also enjoys working as a camp counselor at Nobles Day Camp, also in Dedham. He is also a frequent host of Common Room virtual game nights.
Meghan Naylor
Meghan is a licensed special education administrator and education who has enjoyed over two decades in her chosen field. She currently works full-time as the head of the special education department at a local high school. Over the course of her career, Meghan has worked as a teacher, tutor, administrator, and social group clinician. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Boston College and a master’s degree in early childhood special education from Columbia University’s Teachers College.
Mike Fisher
Mike has been an activity associate at The Common Room since summer 2022. He is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in elementary education from MassBay Community College while working as a teaching assistant at LABBB Collaborative in Lexington, MA. His prior experience includes working as a behavioral technician and social coach, and he also holds a position as a therapeutic mentor to teens and young adults through a special education consulting practice.
Christina Linehan
Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from the University of New Hampshire and will be graduating from Emerson College in May 2024 with a master’s degree in speech language pathology. Prior to working at The Common Room, Christina worked as a social learning coach at Learning Solutions, a social-emotional learning center, and spent multiple years staffing summer camps for individuals with social communication challenges.
Denise Ragno
Denise has worked for the Massachusetts Trial Court in an administrative capacity for over 30 years. When not working within the legal system, Denise is an activity associate at The Common Room and is passionate about encouraging members to build bonds with their peers and enjoy themselves during activities.
